Production averages 2–3 business days. During peak seasons, allow 6–8 business days.
Can you connect to my Shopify store?
Yes. We link straight into Shopify — orders flow to us automatically, and live shipping and tracking updates go back to your store and your customer.
Can you handle my customer service?
Yes. We can answer your customers' order, shipping and exchange questions for you — handled by real people who can walk over to your order.
Will I be locked into depending on you?
No. We coach every client on what we do, how we do it and why — so you understand your business and can grow it with or without us.
Can I send you products from other vendors?
Yes — and most fulfillment companies won't. We warehouse premade items from any supplier and ship them in the same package as everything we print, so you pay one fulfillment fee and one shipping label instead of several.
