Shipping policy

Once the package leaves our facility it is the responsibility of the 3rd party (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Etc).  All claims must be submitted to them and we offer no refunds or replacements for any order shipped to the provided address on the order.  Please ensure the shipping address is correct prior to shipment, once shipped we are unable to change its address and you are responsible for the package.
